300 East Elm Street, Penn Yan

In the spring of 2021, Yates County Habitat for Humanity tore down an uninhabitable home at a busy intersection in the village of Penn Yan. Our volunteers and the partner family of six worked together to build a brand-new two story home that was dedicated on July 31, 2022.
